I bought a new phone. As I am elderly and very technologically challenged I needed some one to set it up and activate it. I found CellPhone Doctor on Google and called. I spoke with the owner and told him what I needed. He told me to come right over! It took him 30-40 minutes to complete the task and he charged me a very reasonable fee. Very satisfied!

My kid broke his phone, and Cell Phone Doctor had it fixed by the very next day — screen replaced, new case, and screen protector all taken care of. What really stood out was the personal attention. They took the time to listen to what we needed, including the type of case, color, and even making sure it had a kickstand on the back. That kind of customer care is rare. Plus, we got to meet Cooper, the adorable shop puppy — which made the visit even more memorable! Thank you for the prompt and thoughtful service.
