I was planning what to do for Christmas lights this year and realized I never reviewed the lights from 2021. They put up Halloween and Christmas lights for me last year that everyone raved over! The Halloween lights were my favorite, but I’m biased bc it’s my favorite holiday. Even took the time to wrap a huge spider web I’d put up because they thought it would look awesome, and it definitely did!! What really makes me love these guys though is the job they did for my mom. This was my first time to use Window Genies. The employees Kendrick and Rylie who washed my windows were wonderful. I dont have a single criticism. They were efficient, proficient, and made sure I was satisfied with the job. They also were very nice friendly guys who were very respectful of my property. So glad I picked this company.

The biggest rip-off, scamming company there is. After a bad experience, I researched the company and found out Window Genie is a nationwide chain.. Red Flag! The crew that came out did an okay job at power washing the siding but some large blotches had to be rinsed away and my flowers were trampled. Per the itemized quote that I was billed for, they were ALSO supposed to clean out the rain gutters. This service was NOT performed at all and looks to have been completely blown off. I feel like I was taken advantage by this company today!! They came to clean my gutters today and it took them about 10 minutes. Told me they were already pretty clean and still charge me the full price of $ 200.00 dollar. If my gutters looked good and really didn’t need to be cleaned I would hope a company would be honest and tell you. I would have paid a fuel charge for them coming to my house for the appointment. But to come and not have to clean them but charge me the full price was very dishonest. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone!!
