Absolutely awful experience. The screen replacement they did was extremely poor quality and caused my phone to overheat. When I returned for help, the manager literally sat there eating in my face and was completely unhelpful, repeatedly saying there was “nothing that could be done” other than paying for yet another replacement screen. Why would I buy another poor-quality screen to fix a poor-quality screen? No troubleshooting, no accountability, no professionalism. When I tried to dispute with my bank, Sind Cellular lied and said I never came to the store to address the issue. The entire situation felt like a massive scam. I will never return and will be warning others to take their money literally anywhere else. Edit: Their response is case-in-point.
