I’m so sad Two months ago, I came here to get my phone battery replaced. The battery replacement was done, but unfortunately, my front camera was also replaced without my permission. They removed my original front camera and installed a different one. When I first got my phone back, there were black smudges and particles all over it. Since I’m not fluent in English, I asked my husband to speak with the staff. He explained that the front camera seemed off and that the phone was returned in a dirty condition. The staff wiped the phone and reopened the screen to show us the camera, insisting that there was no dust, even showing it to my husband. However, the next day, I tried taking a selfie in daylight and realized the image was extremely blurry. That’s when I understood they had switched out my camera. No matter how much I clean around the lens, selfies still come out foggy. If you plan to visit this place, I strongly recommend checking your phone thoroughly before and after the repair.
