Customer service was excellent. We needed a screen replacement around closing time. A store rep (Nemat) brought a replacement screen from their store in west valley to orem. They were quick and very professional. I highly recommend this store. See Nemat or Victor.

I came to Cell Again recommended by a friend to get my Samsung phone that had water damaged, turns out it was only the charge port that needed to be replaced, and they only took 20min!! They also installed a screen protector for a very good deal!! This place is exceptional with repairs and customer service, the girl that works here is always knowledgeable and nice, she explained all the process and how to take care of my phone's battery too.
