I completely fried my laptop with some (lots) of kombucha spillage. CCT completely fixed my laptop in like 4 days and even fixed a ton of other things that were bothering me that I didn’t even know could be fixed like software issues and overheating. Entrance is strange but service is 10/10!! To enter, sign in w front desk in financial building; go to 19th floor; then text the number that you’ve arrived and wait. Appointment only!
Greg did a great job in formatting Windows 11. Not only the malware was removed, but the outdated drivers were like new and running as expected. He's the man to see for computer issues, simple or complex problem. Good job Greg and Thank you.
I had a great experience with CCT Repairs. The service was quick, helpful, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything that was happening with my laptop in a clear and understandable way. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism throughout the process. If anything ever happens to my laptop or any other device in the future, I’ll definitely be coming back. Gregory is just amazing. He fixed my MacBook Pro with liquid damage at a fraction of what the Apple Store was charging me. And he took just 1 day to do it. My laptop is back to working like before. The problem and my possible options were explained to me clearly with the cost of everything laid out. Smooth experience! A lot cheaper (can't stress this enough) and quicker than the Apple Store. Definitely recommend!
Absolutely amazing service and repairs! I had a broken phone screen, and I originally took my phone to another repair shop. However, the other repair shop kept on making up issues with my phone and was attempting to charge for the service of repairing the screen (with a non-manufacturer screen) a price that would have been more than the price of simply buying a new phone. I then took my phone to CCT, and Gregory was able to quickly diagnose the issue and replace the screen (with a screen from the manufacturer) for less than half the price of the other place! Throughout the process, Gregory was very communicative about what needed to be done and extremely transparent about the process and pricing. A few months later, my phone is in excellent condition, and Gregory even contacted me to ensure that my phone screen was doing well. I highly recommend CCT!
