I was hoping I wouldn’t have to write this review, but unfortunately here we are. I brought my iPhone 14 Pro in to have the rear glass replaced. Leading up to the appointment, communication was great. They were able to fit me in the very next day, the repair cost $150, and the turnaround time was quick — I was in and out within about an hour. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. When I picked up the phone, I immediately noticed it had a strong hot-glue smell, and I was told to keep a rubber band around the phone for the first hour of use. This struck me as a bit unusual, but I didn’t think much of it at the time. Within a week of getting the phone back, the rear glass broke again. I have no idea how this could have happened — the phone was never dropped and wasn’t subjected to any significant pressure. The replacement glass appears to have been very low quality and seems to have cracked from normal everyday use. So now I’m left with a couple hours wasted, $150 spent, and a phone that still has broken rear glass. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this shop for iPhone glass replacement.
