The technician arrived at my place around 9 am but didn’t come in until 10:30 am. He examined the job we requested and left for 4 hours. When he returned, he claimed to have repaired the units. I received an invoice by email, but I felt it was overpriced because the technician only worked on the units for an hour at most. I called the office to request an itemized bill to see how many hours they billed me for. They informed me that they don’t provide that information. I explained that their technician didn’t work all the hours he claimed, and the manager said she would speak with him and get back to me. She did send me a new invoice, but it still didn’t show the hours or parts I was billed for. Furthermore, the technician was scheduled to service another location with the same issue but never showed up. I would strongly advise against using this company for any commercial HVAC work.

I called in after 5pm on a Sunday with a plumbing emergency. The person who answered my call was very helpful and let me know that the plumber on call would call me back to let me know when he could arrive. He did within a couple of hours and then arrived exactly when he said he could. Alonso arrived and looked at the issue that evening. He let me know it was not something that could be fixed that night, but assured me that a different plumber would arrive first thing in the morning. Larry arrived the next morning just as expected. He re-assessed the situation and confirmed exactly what would need to be done. He worked hard at my home for the entire day, communicating clearly with me every step of the way. He was kind and reassuring as well as a complete professional. I felt confident in his knowledge and reassured by his calm and pleasant demeanor throughout the entire project. Larry made sure my plumbing problem was completely repaired by the end of the day. He was a pleasure to work with and I very much appreciated his expertise throughout the job. The next time I need a plumber, I will call Cartwrights and ask for Larry, if he is available. Thank you to the Catrwrights team for all of your help.

I had an excellent experience today. I made an appointment, and the team was right on time. Luis and Zach were amazing from start to finish. They helped me understand what was going on with my heating systems and we made a plan on how to get everything working again. There was no pressure on anything. Everything was upfront, and I always felt like I was heard. They're good guys, plain and simply. I felt comfortable with them in my home, and they were respectful and cleaned up after. The pricing was reasonable, and honestly exceptional considering the experience I had. Thank you so much for helping me with my new home! I will call them again anytime.

Steven and Rick did an excellent job working on the furnace and bathroom sink. They were very friendly, professional, and very courteous. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went and enjoyed having them here. I highly recommend Cartwrights.
