I couldn’t get home until after work and TLC made sure Robert came later in the afternoon. He called ahead and finished the job beautifully and so fast. We had a good chat at the same time too!

Casey Padilla and Dominic from the Santa Fe office were great. We had a faucet that just stopped working.Casey knew that any Kohler product was under warranty and was able to get on the phone and get a new one sent to the house! We very much appreciated the can do spirit and look forward to calling Casey for any other plumbing needs

TLC and their guys did a fantastic job replacing a combi boiler. The installation team of Sergio and Chris were meticulous and very clean. Their pipe work was a work of art. My boiler room was a mess and now it’s a space to show. I was in commercial property management for years and never had such great service. The price was not cheap, but in the end I felt it was fair.

So we found out that TLC, here in Santa Fe has a tech (Robert) that can service generators. He came out, looked over the unit then ordered the service kit. He just finished the work and did a great job AND saved us so much money we paid in the past, just having an Albuquerque company drive up. He even cleaned the inside of the generator! Great service, local company, great communication throughout the process. We will be using them yearly from now on.
