This was my first time coming here. They thought it might take a couple of days before they could get to me, which would have been understandable, but Chuck was able to get it diagnosed and fixed right away. He explained everything thoroughly and his pricing was very reasonable. I feel like I have finally found a place to take my vehicle that is fair and honest. Finally found my mechanic. Our van overheated and immediately took it to Carland. Wouldn’t even talk to us about the issue and said we’d have to bring it back later. Called Grants downtown Kingsport and were told to bring it in RIGHT THEN and that it was probably something simple. Got there and within 2 minutes it was in the bay being checked. They’re good people…great work.
