I just brought my car in for the first time and I was impressed. The customer service is excellent and I really appreciate their use of texting to communicate and get approval for needed repairs. They take photos of your car and include them in their inspection report, which is very helpful. I felt the price was fair and they clearly indicated what needed immediate attention and what could be postponed. My car seems to feel better and the brakes are like new. I plan to continue taking my car there in the future and would recommend them to anyone with a Japanese car.

Seem like decent folks, I only spoke to one person but he was insanely helpful and friendly. They fixed my wheel bearing and a few other issues. They also use a service that notifies you via text on your cars inspection and pricing as they work. Really nice place.

So far this is the best place I've ever taken my car as far as them being up front and honest and getting my car in there pretty quickly when I schedule an appointment. Even though I have a Subaru they've been getting me in there and doing my car right! They have been super friendly and kept me in the loop. I've already recommended these guys to family members.

I took my SUV "Honda Pilot" to HonDr and couldn't be happier with the service. They were incredibly efficient—completing the diagnostics and all repairs within just a few hours of drop-off. Most importantly, I really appreciated their honesty; they focused on what actually needed fixing and didn't push any unnecessary repairs. It's hard to find a shop this trustworthy and fast. Highly recommend!
