This body shop is Top Notch in Customer Service and Repair! They have a very friendly staff. They kept me informed while my vehicle was there and it was ready exactly the day they told me. Repair looks great, you can’t even tell anything ever happened!! I highly recommend B&E and they will always have my business!
Our experience with B&E was excellent. They worked with our insurance to get a look out or vehicle quickly and scheduled our repair within in two weeks. Once dropped off, the Shop stayed in touch about the progress and was again great at answering questions and accommodating requests. I received my truck back in a timely manner, reassembly and paint are great. I had a lot of front end damage with several panels requiring work. I've received many compliments regarding the appearance of the repair, with several surprised at how short of a time my truck was gone. I'm very pleased and recommend this place to anyone.
This family owned and operated business is top shelf!! Their repair work is second to none and you are treated like family from start to finish! When you call your insurance company for a claim (State Farm for me), and they recommend B&E Collision as their preferred body shop... that speaks volumes! I had been thinking about selling my truck but after this paint job there's no way I'm selling it!
Our Story Begins back in September of 2024 when Hurricane Helene East TN. We were fortunate enough not to have flood damage but we did sustain vehicle damage from downed tree limbs. B&E Collision did an outstanding job. Anthony Goney was so good about keep us informed about the progress of our repair. The repair to our MDX was a difficult one as it required a new roof and side panels. These had to be shipped in from Acura and that took some time. Once we did get all parts in Anthony and his team expedited our repair and did a fantastic job. We could not have asked for a better team than B&E Collision provided. So thank you B&E and especially Anthony Goney for going Above and Beyond to make our hurricane experience just a little more tolerable.
