I have 4 cars in my house 2014-2014-2016 2015 so they are older vehicles. I have shopped several mechanic shops in the area for breaks blower motor replacement shocks struts front end work. Theirs place have alway given me the best price with the job completed by the time they said it would be. I definitely recommend this place Al is the owner and has been here for probably 20 years.

Reviews could be very misleading. Long Post detailing my experience — So while I was driving my way back home from NJ, I met with an incident and got 2 flat tires.. It was around 4 pm and didn’t know what to do. Through my insurance I got connected with the Car Guys, they sent a tow truck pretty quick and inspected my car upon arriving to their shop. It was almost around 5pm by then and where most shops close they assured me on my request to fix my car, as I needed to get back home that day. They advised me to buy tires from Walmart or any other dealership to put me back on the road. I went to the nearest car manufacturer dealer , bought tires, came back to Car guys, and they fixed it swiftly. By the time my car was up and running , it was 7.30 in the evening. Also to my surprise they charged me nominal amount considering towing and the service job. No other big shops will keep an individual’s request like this and work late to send them home safely. They were empathetic, kind and true professionals.. I had a great experience with them. If you are a NJ local, I highly recommend them for your car needs.. Thanks Al & Mani for helping me get back to my family on time!! It was a 4 hour drive from your shop and I faced no issues while driving post the maintenance!!
Had a great experience with Car guys. I am a regional team manager, and we have over 24 trucks I have been looking for a reliable tow company for over a year and have finally found them. Not only did they go above and beyond for us but they also did not overcharge.
I have worked in the automotive industry for more than 20 years and have never seen a tow company work this way. I have Roadside assistance through my car insurance. I needed a tow, placed the roadside claim via the insurance app. Waited a bunch of hours, was told I would have to pay $55.00 out of pocket. Tow truck driver arrives, hooks my car up, and asked "You owe $85 right?" I said No, Insurance told me out of pocket is $55.00. Driver calls Leanna F. on his phone, she says Allstate insurance never called her -- We go back and forth I call my insurance again which proceeds to call the towing company and places me on hold only to find out Leanna F. will not honor the quote given to me and I owe $85.50 So here I'm, after 9 pm on the side of the road in the pitch black with my wife with no choice but to pay. VERY unprofessional work ethic, I was BAITED with the $55 price and then after the car was hooked up it changed to $85. I can now see why people who work for this shady business give themselves 5 stars on Google reviews. Do yourself a favor, if you see these guys coming -- Just push your car. Don't be scammed, Like I was. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Also, no reason to respond with a fake or BS reason why you wouldn't honor Allstates quote to me.
