Choice Home Warranty

I have made 4 or 5 claims in the 18 months since I bought this house. Needed to replace a fridge, they only paid half what a new very basic fridge would cost. Took over 2 months to send tech out to look @fridge, too. Sent wrong repair guy out to fix dishwasher. Had to pay 2 service fees. Took about 2 months to get someone out to fix. 2 claims to fix furnace. Took several weeks each time to send someone out. 1st, they replaced the thermostat. 2nd claim, they denied the claim.

I could do 0 Star if I could s, this company was purchased at the moment of buying the house, the heater broke and they only gave me 800 out of 3500 and they ca only give me the 800 back only if I got the person who service it fix it. If the unit doesn’t get fixed not money back. I am not expecting it for free but American Home Warranty has cover a heating unit form my rental properties no problems I only end up paying 100 dollars for the deductible. The customer service is bad, the time for service the unit was terrible, 2 weeks for somebody get to my house and fix the unit. they end up telling me to call someone and they would pay for the repair, that is what I did. I will not recommend these insurance and I will forward my review to bring awareness in m social media.
