BJ's Tire Center

We went to get some all weathers for our sedan but the guy running the show was trying to convince me that all seasons are the same when they are not. I can also tell he was unhappy with my selection especially since it made him go out of his way and into a different process of ordering the tires. Then the tires took 3 days to get to the shop. It then took close over 5 hours to get the tires mounted and balanced. Crazy stuff for not even much less

I wish I could give this tire center no stars. I needed a set of 4 tires. I looked on line and was given a price of $737 for the tires I selected. We tried to make an appointment but we could only make an appointment for the next day. When I called this tire center in Edison to see if we can get the tires installed that business day the man told my wife that he would sell and install the tires for $750. My wife told him no way we would pay another $13 dollars. We went to the location to speak to the man my wife talked to over the telephone. We wanted to get the tires but we needed them that day and wanted to pay $737 not $750. He told me that he would not sell those tires for the online price. He was very nasty and short with his answers. We decided not to purchase the tires from BJ'S and went to Sam's Club. This location needs a better customer service representative.
