This business had positive reviews online so we decided to use them to repair our 3 yr old Samsung refridge which wasn't cooling the fridge but the freezer portion was work properly. “Ty the Repair tech assigned to the case, had good reviews same as with the company. So we felt good using them for the repair. Ty arrive on time as scheduled , very friendly and approachable. After chatting with him, he seem knowledgable in his field so we felt at ease. After his inspection on the fridge he say a part need to be replaced and we were ok with it so proceed with the service althought the cost was highter than we expected nearly $700. He came a few day later with the part to complete the repair and said it it will take 24 hours to get back to normal temperature and not to open the fridge during that time. 3 days later we checked and it still wasn't working. We call again and he came again, he messed around with the fridge and said we need to order another part for an additional fee ( fee include in the cost I mentioned above). He came again to install the part and said wait a few day before opening the fridge. We waited 2 day and agin it not working. After much frustration and already having purchased a new fridge for temp use, we finally decided to issue a refund so we both aggreeed that would the best option. I receive a partial refund of $350 due to Ty's limited ability to issue refunds and was told I will receive the difference at a later date. On 8/29/25 I notified Ty the partial refund was received and to please proceed with the refund for the difference. As of today I have not received it nor have I been able to get in contact with him or owner DeMarco or anyone the office. I email the company numerous time but no respond. Very disappointed but their lack of communication and poor business practice. As a result, my next option will be to report them to the BB for poor businesses practice . Work of advise, do not use this company for any kind of repairs.
