I had a two year old vacuum cleaner. A part had broken off the wand and it would swivel (not supposed to do so). I brought it in and they took time to look up the part and fix the wand. Now my vacuum is working just fine. I'd go see them again.
I stopped by there with a smoking vacuum which ended up being a tangled up melting belt. Steve not only quickly diagnosed the problem but helped fix it in just a few quick minutes. Steve is super educated and very friendly. Amazing customer service! Thank you!
Just like to say I'd recommend Carolina Vacuum to anyone. Pam and Steve displayed impeccable professionalism with attention to detail. What I thought would be a major overhaul turned out to be a simple fix. Just as important I found Pam and Steve to be down to earth, genuine people. I left with my 15 year old Hoover Windtunnel as good as new.
