I love my Oreck vacuum. I have had it 18 years with a free tune up every year from Carolina Vacuums. Zack is the absolute best. Two days before a big baby shower at my home the handle broke on my vacuum. I called Zack in a panic. He had me bring my vacuum in that very day and fixed it. The amazing thing was he did not pressure me to buy or do anything differently. I highly recommend this business and trust Zack completely.

Just had a phone encounter with Zack in the Asheville store which guided me through the last steps in troubleshooting our 17 year old Nutone central vac. Knowledgeable, courteous and easy to understand usually makes for solid outcome and it was. Zack outlined the options for replacement and gave me the final step to see if my troubleshooting was successful. Good news-it was but when this unit finally passed on, we will be back to Zack and Carolina Vacuums. Thank you -Zack!

Called first, brought vacuum in. Zach fixed it right then. He unclogged it. Easy service. Very friendly. Highly recommend them. They are on S tunnel road, Asheville location

So pleased with the service I got here! I brought in my old Bissell for a repair because of a burning smell and the floor brush had stopped working. He had it fixed and back to me within 10 mins and it cost me less than $20. You can also text them questions and they get right back to you. I would absolutely recommend this place!

This store is a great example of the "Buy once, cry once" principal. Their stuff ain't cheap. Either in price or in build. If you find yourself replacing your regular (Target, Walmart) vacuum every 3 years because you have a lot of pets, kids, or are just messy this is worth the visit. They sell stuff that is costly but lasts and does a great job. They also know what they're talking about. We went through 3 Shark vacuums in 11 years, then got a Dyson that is nearly useless on bare floors and clogs when you look at it funny. We stopped in here on a lark and ended up dropping quite a lot of money on a Miele canister vacuum and we've never looke... Read full review
