Brendan ( a very Christian man ) with Ark Appliance was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He came and serviced 5 appliances for us on Wednesday. Two appliances needed minor repairs. Brendan ordered the parts and came back on Friday to make the repairs. We are very pleased and will call Ark Appliance for any future needs !!! COST WAS VERY FAIR !!!!!

I had an ice maker replaced on a 5 year old Jenn Air fridge. The owner, Brenden, is clean cut, workman like and soft spoken. He diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement unit on the first visit, and made short work of the installation on the second visit (4 business days later). Total cost was $260 which I think is reasonable. Brenden was formally trained as a sears technician before going solo. He calls prior to arrival with an eta, takes major credit cards and is honest. Look forward to working with him again.

We have used Brendan’s service at Arc Appliance Repair Service since 2016. He’s the Best!! Professional, Knowledgeable, calls back, arrives on-time, HONEST and fixes the problem. We are always happy with his service and highly recommend him:)

Never again, I paid them almost $350 to have my refrigerator fixed and that never happened. They ordered the wrong part and after a few months of not getting the refrigerator fixed I contacted them and asked for a refund. They first agreed to return the money for the part but as of right now they haven't return me anything. So please learn from my mistake and stay away from this company, Brendan was polite and professional but unfortunately was not able to keep his word. I will never again contact them for anything and will not recommend them to anybody. If you value your money, stay away!!!

Received a call and email the evening I made the request on Angie's List. I was not able to call back that day, but called the next weekend. He called back. He set up an appointment to examine the stove. Upon doing so he ordered the heating element and replaced it later in the week. Brendan was prompt and professional. The stove worked correctly. The price was about $260.00. I feel the rate is reasonable but don't have other experiences for a frame of reference. Overall I was satisfied with the experience.

I had an issue with my refrigerator. The owner Brennan worked me into his schedule that day. He informed me that the parts are still under manufacturers warranty and by working on it would void that warranty, he did not charge me for the visit. While he wasn't able to help me this time I appreciate his honesty and I will definitely use him in the future. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Brendan if you are looking for a professional and honest repair service. I called ARK Appliance Repair when my washing machine stopped working. Brendan called me 15 minutes before his scheduled arrival time to let me know he was on the way. He informed me of what he thought was causing the problem and the cost to replace the part. He also advised that due to the type of machine I have the repair might not fix the issue. He knew by providing this info that I might choose a new washer over the repair, which would have resulted in loss of business for him. My dishwasher was stopping mid cycle and I was frustrated, since it had just passed the warranty period. Brendan presented himself very professional and knowledgable. He knew, quickly, what the problem was. He replaced the computer and it has worked great ever since. It was a reasonable price. I was very happy to have my dishwasher working again. With a family of 6, we go through dishes pretty quickly. I would recommend Brendan to anyone, and will surely call him back if we have another appliance break down.
