Our Plumber, Ka Lee was excellent, today! He is knowledgeable, patient, polite and professional. Ke Lee was methodical when investigating our leak. He provided us with our options and clear and understandable estimates for what needed to be done. Ka Lee explained everything and worked diligently, alleviating our stress. Ka Lee and Screven worked well together and worked hard for hours and left the area perfectly clean. We can't thank them enough! Canady's services are expensive but it is worth it when the job is done right the first time by professionals like Ka Lee and Screven.

I must admit that I was very impressed with the professionalism of my technician, Zach Kuehn. Though I realize the call was only for preventative maintenance, I felt very confident that my HVAC system was in the best possible hands. He was very informative and clear in his recommendations as well as quite friendly and respectful. Zach not only seemed well trained but also very experienced. I'm normally not one who even takes time to post reviews, but I can say that I am fully impressed. Great technician! Thanks again, Ron McHenry
