I'd just like to say, thank you. Mr. Milton came, saw and defeat the problems. He removed and installed our garbage disposal. He took the time to explain the whole process; which was great. He examined the job, got the needed parts and installed the unit. It wasn't the easiest thing possible to do. But he did it. He even got us to aquire a yearly service program. No pressure applied either. I just wanted to take the time to thank Him and the company again. The service was excellent in every way.

Hose came to our house to give us a hot water tank quote. This resulted in two hot water tank installs & disposals(same day). What stood out immediately was that he wasn’t a sales guy — he’s the one who actually does the work. Hose is professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. The work was completed smoothly, and the area was left clean. The experience was so good we’re planning on upgrading our kitchen sink and shower with Thompson & Thompson. Highly recommend.
