I was stuck between a rock & a hard place. My car broke down in Blair and we knew we couldn't drive it home just south of Omaha. I pulled into C & R Automotive on Sunday and met the owner standing outside in his church clothes. He said he would look at it on Monday. It was done by either Tuesday or Wednesday. Severe miss and needed a spark plug wire. $458.55 later, I picked up my car and vowed to never be bent over like that again from them. Absolutely ridiculous amount of money for the repair that was done. Spark plug wires are less then $40 for 6 on my 2007 Grand Prix.

Received a quote to have requested paint work done and when I showed up to pick up my vehicle I was informed that they had found "additional spots" that needed done and was charged two and a half times the quoted cost. They didn't call me to find out if the additional work was even wanted, just done and charge for it. The quality of the work performed was adequate which is why this isn't a one star review but I was not looking to spend nearly as much as I was charged for the service. A little upset by the experience.

This company installed a Rhino Liner in my brand new truck and in the process covered my entire truck with overspray. In addition, the installation was loaded with runs and thickness inconsistencies throughout. This is the worst bed liner installation I have ever seen. Clearly, the person or people doing the Rhino Liner installations is/are incompetent. What's worse is that C & R denied any wrongdoing. This is a bad company, I wouldn't go to them for any of the services they offer.
