On southbound I-95 on the morning of October 29, 2025, in town (Hayden) and during inclement weather, a C&K truck was driving at least 10–15 mph over the speed limit — possibly more — tailgating, weaving through traffic, and driving recklessly. I’m not sure if this was the owner or an employee, but putting others at risk just to get somewhere faster is unacceptable. This occurred around 6:35 a.m. With behavior like this, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue, and I will not be using or recommending this company

These roofers were hired by my apartment Noll Lofts in Liberty Lake. We have a strict no smoking policy. These roofers are smoking on the roof without any way to dispose of their ashes. This is not only a health risk but also a major fire hazard. We asked them this morning not to smoke but I guess they don't care, I can see one of them with a cigarette in his hand on the roof.

Yesterday I accidentally ended up at C&K Roofing. I thought I was at Community Action for energy assistance. I wanted to thank the two kind men who helped me find my way at C &K Roofing. Both the older gentleman and the dude with dreds were amazing with their customer service eventhough I was not their customer. I can only imagine how above and beyond they must go for their actual customers. So, thank you C & K for your outstanding customer service, and God bless!

I called for a total roof replacement and they came out and quoted me a price, then a week before I found out that the shingles on the pitched side was not quoted nor was the attached guest house, they added the pitched part of the roof but still not the guest house. After the "job was done" we seen that they did not replace many of the fascia boards that were damaged and warped. When I called they exclaimed that they did what they had to do to get the job done and they didn't want to add more of a price by replacing the damaged and rotted fascia boards. They did say that they will come back out and make a bid to replace the damaged fascia boards. Paying over 23,000 for a roof which did not include the whole roof, and they wont even fix the damaged board because they "did what needed to be done". Now since the membrane over laps the fascia boards underneath the drip edge, if I replace those boards I could be comprising the entire roof. They give a 10 year workmanship warranty but I guess that doesn't include the things they should have done. Because they left the damaged fascia boards the entire roof is comprised and I guess now I just wait until it fails and call them on their warranty which I don't put any stock in at all. Needless to say I won't be asking for a bid from there to fix what they should have fixed in the first place.
