Bulwark Exterminating

Where I'm going to start is by first mentioning my tech Gene Banner before diving into my story. So! I've been using Bulwark since the summer of 2025 for my small 2/2 condo. My first tech was great! Then things started to go down hill. I'm on the quarterly plan and the next tech wasn't as thorough, then I ended up with several scheduling issues where I was being given a notification of service less than 24 hours before the tech would show up and I had to schedule a second visit. On one of the second visits, the tech sprayed outside my condo and never came in but inside was my primary focus. In December I was about to close out my account and call it a day. The person I spoke with offered a discount for my next service and allowed me to put multiple different options for how I wanted my scheduling to be done that better suited my needs. To add on to this they sent Gene out to my property and beyond them setting my scheduling in a way that suits my needs, Gene is the real person who has saved my relationship with Bulwark. Gene is has a high attention to detail that just can't be matched. When he first arrived I was sick but he very carefully took care of everything I needed in my home and left me with plenty of traps. After Gene's visit, they did a check on me where I learned I could schedule him for ALL of my treatments and I jumped right to that option! Gene was just here this past Friday 3/6/3026 after I missed the text to reply Y and I didn't want anyone else to take care of my home so I was happy to wait after my mistake. I got to know a little about Gene's background and what brought him to Bulwark after asking. He's also very attentive to listen to what the needs are for my home and to treat accordingly. This time around, it's ants because it's getting warmer. Gene also took care of the space outside my guest bedroom because the ants may be hanging out under the leaves beneath the tree outside the window, and also treated my patio which I'm terrified of because that place breeds spiders. Gene is such a gem that I want to make sure I tell EVERYONE how amazing he is. I wouldn't trust anyone else besides Gene in my home!

Randall Pena was our technician and he was awesome! He probably realized I was in a work meeting when he arrived for a routine spray but he was super respectful and did the work as quiet as could be done. Very happy with Bulwark's services and have had no issues to date.

I never thought I'd have a strong opinion about pest control companies, but here I am. Bulwark's team seems to really care about doing a thorough job, with lasting results, and listens to their customers to make sure they do so. Randy Pena was my tech and he helped me understand what he was doing and why and took the time to get to all the details. I'm a big fan - and I'm surprised to say that.

Timothy Chasteen was my bug person today & did a great job. I think Bulwark is a great service provider. Every technician seems well trained & well versed in their chosen feild & everyone is super nice. The receptionists are also amazing. Very good at their jobs & the price is fair.
