Greenergy HVAC Fireplace & Appliance

We used Greenergy for fixing our gas fireplace that had never been serviced (in the 10+ years we’ve lived here). Mark was prompt, easily diagnosed our issue, had any parts needed on hand, and had our fireplace back in safe, working order within 2 hours. We also added an extra part (blower) the fireplace didn’t originally come with & he had that on hand as well. No extra appointments needed. I’ll add scheduling was also easy, the woman who answered was friendly and answered questions easily (not the case for every place I called for quotes). Also the wait time for an appt was within the week (not 2 months out like others).

We had a great experience with this HVAC and fireplace company and especially want to call out Adam for his excellent service. He was extremely thorough in diagnosing our fireplace and took the time to walk us through both a quick fix and longer-term solutions, explaining everything clearly without any pressure. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Right before we were scheduled to have a new fireplace installed, we unexpectedly lost our furnace during a winter storm. Because of the sudden and significant cost of replacing the furnace, we had to cancel the fireplace job. The team handled the situation with total professionalism, understanding, and grace, which meant a lot during an already stressful moment. Even though we had to postpone the project, I wanted to make a point to speak very highly of this company. Their communication, empathy, and overall professionalism were outstanding. We absolutely plan to be back in touch and will be using them in the future. I truly cannot say enough good things about them.

We used Greenergy HVAC, Fireplace, and Appliance to service our gas logs. Adam, our technician performed an amazingly detailed and very thorough job. He was extremely knowledgeable, careful, and professional. Adam explained every step of the service, discovered and repaired a gas leak, and made certain we were comfortable successfully operating the gas logs in the future. (Wonderful customer service!)
