We visited the WARWICK store this morning specifically to purchase over 250 feet of baseboards and other supplies (totaling $400). The customer service we received from the employee in cargo shorts was disappointing. He snickered at the decisions we were making, exhibiting a deeply unprofessional and condescending attitude. His colleague in the hoodie was equally unhelpful. When loading the truck, they simply walked away after placing the materials, saying "have fun" without offering any assistance in tying down the heavy, loose baseboards. When customers are spending significant money, they deserve basic respect and competence, not disdain and snickers. We received zero expertise, only poor representation for your business. We suggest management reminds its workers to put their egos aside and focus on assisting—not judging—their paying customers.
