Budget Glass

Buyers beware, Horrible experience! I tried to schedule a quote and was told that I could take pictures with measurements and email them, which I did, 6/4/2024. It took 3 days and a reminder call from me (6/7/24 9:36am) to get the initial quote. I finally get it (4pm on a Friday 6/7/2024), but now I have to call back and schedule an accurate measurement for a "real quote". Such a waste of time. So, the following Monday I send and email stating lets move forward on getting a "real quote" but didnt get a response until the next afternoon, but this was only after me calling them back again, to call me back. Finally, they call me to schedule the installers, but of course they can't come out until the following week, June 17th, 9:30am. They showed up at 10am ..late, they do the measurments, and email me a "real quote" that was hundreds of dollars more than the "waste of time quote" I had gotten the week prior. The next day I called to discuss the discrepancies between the 2 quotes and my frustration on their service thus far. Vanessa provided me several excuses, speaking over me, interupting, and just being rude and hostile towards any of my concerns. Never once attempted to make it right, be accountable or provide anything close to a good customer experience. The next day, 6/18/2024 I get an email stating I wasn't a good fit for their business. You are right! It took 14 days for a legitimate quote and the same 14 days for them not to get the job. Be aware of their inability to do the job as they only demonstrated terrible customer service, aweful follow up, tardiness, and procdures that only benefit the company and not their customers. They just lack all traits of a good company. All of the other vendors (3 others) came out and measured, and provided a "real quote" within 72 hours of my initial call. Budget glass was nothing but a big disappointment and a waste of my time and energy.

I have a so many great things to say about my experience with Budget Glass. First off, they are great communicators, very responsive and friendly. Talked through the process and helped me pick out the right glass solution for our steam shower bath. The installation was a breeze, they were considerate and did A+ work. The glass door looked AMAZING! After install, they asked me to test out the steam shower and get back to them if it isn't holding steam as much as I'd like and they would come back out and add some additional seals. I couldn't believe they would suggest this - wow customer oriented! I mean the glass doors looked amazing, I was already thrilled and they were willing to do even more to get it perfect after the fact!? After using the steam shower a couple times, I did feel like maybe it could use a little more sealing. I called back and they were so nice! It seemed like it was no hassle for them (which I know it was). They treated me as though I was a new customer. When they already had my business - and had been paid! I was absolutely floored by this! They ordered the parts and came back out to do the install at no extra charge. Unheard of. Its rare in construction/remodeling work to get the level of professionalism and true care that I received from Budget Glass. I don't have any more glass needs at the moment, but when I do - no doubt they will be my ONE and ONLY call. I will be sharing to anyone and everyone that asks about any glass work. Don't need to look elsewhere!
