Looks like they have three locations in the mall, we went to the first two downstairs and they did not have a cover for my Google pixel 9A. But they let me know there is another booth upstairs by the food court and there they had several covers for Google pixel 9A. Found a beautiful one! And the cover was only 20 bucks. But gentlemen working there cleaned off my phone and put the screen protector and cover on my phone. Love it! And all of that for just over 50 bucks.
First of all, i wanna thank Peter. He did a great job with my Samsung TabS9 . Its really amazing experience with him . Personally he is really good man good service. 100% Reccomended this store infront of Apple store.
Horrible service, this guy broke my phone and wouldn’t fix or pay to fix it after him breaking it he called me racial slurs. Do not use this place to fix your phone . He uses low quality products. Very weird and unprofessional I would give a negative 10 if I could
Had an older iPhone that had developed an intermittent charging port connection issue. I brought it to We Fix All since this isn't something that the Apple Store will fix. The younger guy working at the 2nd floor location was extremely friendly and quoted a reasonable price to swap the port out with a new one in 90 minutes. I came back 90 minutes later -- same guy told me when he took the back of the phone off and closely inspected, some tightly-lodged debris was released from the port which was causing my problem. No new port needed! Sure enough, the port now holds my cable much better and no longer drops connection. I was only charged a reasonable service fee. Well done, recommended!
Disappointing Experience – Hidden Fees and Poor Workmanship
I called ahead to schedule a repair at We Fix All in Flatiron Crossing Mall. I spoke with the owner, who quoted me $120 to replace the back glass of my iPhone 14 Pro, with no mention of additional fees.
When I arrived, there was no one at the kiosk, and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up. Once he arrived, he took another customer ahead of me, even though I had been waiting. Still, I patiently waited and handed in my phone for repair, confirming once again that the cost would be $120. He confirmed.
However, when it was time to pay, he suddenly charged me $165 instead, saying that the extra $45 was for card processing fees. While I understand that credit card payments involve fees, $45 in extra charges? That seems excessive and opportunistic.
As for the repair itself, it was poorly done. The top part is uneven, one side is noticeably higher than the other. My phone was scratched in multiple areas, and there is a large amount of visible glue residue left behind.
Overall, while the service was completed, the lack of transparency in pricing and the poor quality of the repair make it hard for me to recommend this place. If you choose to get your phone repaired here, be prepared for hidden fees and subpar workmanship.
