Modern Homestead did an exemplary job renovating my garage. They were a pleasure to work with, from initial planning and consultation, through the build itself, to the final walkthrough. Ryan, Jerry, and their team are honest people and skilled at their craft. They totally transformed my garage from a decrepit, dusty mess to a space so clean and comfortable that I don't want to sully it with my car. I wont hesitate to use them again for any future projects! Thanks guys!!!

Modern Homestead helped me with a kitchen and (2) bathroom remodel. Having never gone through the process before, I had no idea what to expect... only horror stories from friends & family. My experience with Modern Homestead was far from that-- John and his team were extremely professional & responsive (even with my million questions), and I am thrilled with the end result! The cost and timeline was a bit higher & took a bit longer than expected, but that was due to the current economic climate (things being backordered, inflation costs), so out of anyone's control. Would definitely hire Modern Homestead again for any future projects!

When we decided it was time to update the kitchen of the home we have lived in for 30 years, we interviewed and received estimates from four different Design Build Contractors. At the end of that process, we are very happy that we chose to work with the Modern Homestead team, including Ryan, Kristi, Jerry, Victor, and Diego, along with the other team members, and their selected subcontractors. Modern Homestead did a wonderful job on a complete remodel of our kitchen. They were very transparent and open throughout the entire process, working within our budget and providing an outstanding finished product. Their design team was excellent in the redesign of the space and in coming up with ideas for countertops, cabinets, flooring, lighting and all the other details. Ryan, Jerry and the MH team did an outstanding job on our master bathroom renovation. We did a full reno with a steam shower, heated floors, etc. and are so happy with the results. As with any renovation project there were some curveballs along the way and MH was able to handle everything our project required. The scheduling, billing, organization and communication were all top notch. MH is definitely a high end outfit. Ryan did a great job of leading his team and we would definitely work with them again.
