Quick and easy. They diagnosed my laptop’s issues and quickly found a remedy. The staff were great and I received updates as things progressed. Will definitely be coming back!

Where to begin. I dropped off an external hard drive that could no longer be read on 10/6/25. I paid a deposit for drive recovery of $50 with the understanding that, if it could be recovered, it might be in the range of $350-500. Fine. I was also told I'd hear back in 48 hours. I never did. Finally, 3 days later on 10/9/25 I called them. I was told it was taking longer than expected and I should hear back "tomorrow." I did not. I called back on Monday 10/13/25 and, on 10/16/25, finally got a call back from them saying they could not recover and they'd have to send it offsite to a company called Secure Data Recovery. Fine. Chad at NerdsToGo has saved me a few times this year. My most recent experience is as excellent as in the past. I changed the brand of my business which required me to set up a new Google Workspace and migrate all of my email. He was also instrumental in helping me with a client account. 5 stars aren't enough!

I have used Marcus at Nerds to go twice now and appreciate having his services available. He is always attentive, courteous and capable of solving issues in the minimum time. I always enjoy a conversation with him. I hope to be able to count on him for similar help in the future.
