Randy was great handling a PC issue with my desktop. I called ahead and after explaining my problem, Randy told me to bring it in. I had never been here before, but the directions were easy to understand. Randy greeted me with a smile and we talked over the issue and I left my tower with him and his tech to diagnose. They said it was complementary which I thought was great business. They called me back with the results in the time they said they would and we discussed options from there. I ended up declining any repairs due to the age of my machine, but Randy gave me great direction going forward. No pressure to fix it, just honest and reliable advice. 10/10 customer service. Will certainly come back again if I am in need of any tech repairs! Great local company.
