They Did my suspension work incorrectly, and damaged a fork of mine which cost about $300. Tried to bring it to their attention when I noticed something wasn’t right and they brushed me off by saying it was rider position. Down the line come to find out, parts were installed backwards and offered nothing after mentioning parts were damaged. So just a heads up **in response** I did reach out to the technician who helped me out and I’m sure there is the call when he called from the shop explaining it could have been rider position, which I believed they might have been right because I was brand new to the sport. The shop I took it to, explained that only half the suspension was only being used due the installation of parts backwards. Hence, the tube taking a beating over the years.
