Great sales experience. Esteban was responsive, helpful and prepared. Overall, this one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. While waiting on the paperwork for my bike I was approached by at least three other sales people! Compared to other dealerships where I feel like I am not cool enough to be in their store, Fred Cummings is a delight.

I called in to ask a few questions about a Honda CBR500R and I got connected with Esteban Maldonado. Esteban was very helpful in answering the questions I had and suggested I come in whenever I could to get a look at the CBR500R. When I showed up to the store he was readily available and provided me with some useful details about the Honda and a few other bikes I had questions about. He provided some Pros and Cons about the Bikes I was interested in which made my decision in buying the CBR500R a lot easier. He was very calm and gave me my time & space to make my decision. He made me feel comfortable, It didn't feel like I was being rushed or pushed towards a sale which I really appreciated. Thank You once again Esteban in helping me buy my 1st Bike and for Giving me some extra tips along the way. I definitely recommend people check out their Bike invwntory and talk to Estaban about any questions or concerns they might have, he is very helpful and friendly. 👍
