First let me start by saying once they actually worked on my truck it was super fast and the price was fair. If another shop had been opened on Day after Christmas. I wouldn’t have used them at all. Had my girlfriend call to see if they would be open on Day after Christmas. The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude. I needed my trucks exhaust leak fixed and they was the only place open. I get there as they opened three guys working on one car. I stand beside the door to the shop area. All three guys see me one walks so close by I could’ve grabbed him. NOBODY said a word to me nothing. I left and came back about an hour later and the whole time had changed. Within a couple minutes they was talking and had me in shortly after getting there. The big guy was still just as rude in person though. They need to hire a service writer and keep the rude guys in the back.
