Went here to rent equipment. Great price and great service!
All the employees were great to interact with. Austin and Dylan behind the rental desks were incredible to work with. So very kind and patient as we figured things out. They were a big help. The store itself has tons of great things for sale. Very clean and welcoming.
I am not very happy with them. I dropped my mower off for repair through my warranty. Chris was very nice in service however when I went to pick my mower up today at 12:30 after they had said it was ready, it was not there. We walked the lot, the garage and behind the building. There was another S100 there and they said that one was mine. This S100 was beat up, had a flat tire and had 68+ hours and a yellow deck. My mower has a green deck. My mower is brand new. It has 14 hours on it and was purchased 04/2023. The mower they were trying to say was mine was definitely older not to mention heavily used/abused. I had my paperwork and sure enough the serial number did not match mine. We then went inside and I had mentioned is it possible someone else took my mower? I was told that my mower was the only one dropped off for service of that series and the other S100 out there was probably from Lowes. He looked in the computer and then said wait someone else did drop off an S100. He tried to call that customer and they did not answer. He offered to deliver the mower to my house when it came back but I declined as I already had my trailer with me at work. At 4:30 PM they called to let me know they had my mower back. I went and picked it up and had it loaded before they came out. They washed it but I haven’t had a chance to really look it over since I had to return to work. The person that they let take it added 1.8 hours onto my mower. I will be looking around for other people that can honor my warranty because random people shouldn’t be able to just pick up any mower. They definitely need a better tagging/verification system to ensure people are picking up the correct equipment. And the customer that took my mower, you suck. You knew full well a brand new mower with a different colored deck and less hours wasn’t yours but you still took it. Shame on you.
