We bought a new home this fall that has a gas fireplace that Brandco has been servicing for the previous owners for almost 20 years. With an ice storm coming we had an urgent question about how the fireplace would work if we lost power and emailed them on a friday afternoon. Within 10 minutes they replied and were able to help us understand how it worked and reassured us that we would have heat even if we lost power. Just wow!
