They walked us through our options, helped us choose the right style for our home, and made sure everything was installed perfectly and safely. We needed to replace 20 year old gas logs. I had no idea the choice's that are available now. After visiting several fire place specialty stores, we felt the most comfortable, talking to The Fire Place and Patio, Inc store. They have been in business for years and educated us on all our options, absolutely no pressure! C.J. held our hands, through the process. Came out to our home to measure and take pictures. We upgraded to an insert, with beautiful oak logs. Looks wonderful and we are warm and happy!

I called to inquire about some replacement embers for my gas fireplace and the guy said he had some in stock. I get there and I end up with a small bag of ember material, as well as an education. The information I gained on a few other things was well worth the trip. The ember replacement was explained to me for the best look and efficiency of the gas burner. Oh yeah, since I didn’t have the $5 cash for the embers… the owner said “no charge”. These guys were not just selling something, but ensuring I had the best information and a little more knowledge about gas fireplaces.

Well, we're just coming out of a couple weeks of deep freeze in January/February 2026 and I can say without reservation that I am extremely pleased with the results of our new vented fireplace. It made a huge difference on our comfort at home - and it looks great, too. We had our system installed in July 2025. I dealt primarily with Rodney who took great care of us. I am pleased with the price, the product quality, and the installation. I've added before and after photos. An excellent experience.
