They have amazing service. They were very responsive and fast with scheduling. DJ was able to get our damaged garage door working the same day. I highly recommend this company for any garage needs you may have!
Great customer service. Technician arrived earlier than stated on the same day we called. Had our door fixed quickly and programmed our new remotes. Would recommend 100%
⭐ Review for Bob’s Garage Doors I’m deeply disappointed with my experience at Bob’s Garage Doors. Three custom glass garage doors were ordered for my home — a significant investment. Unfortunately, the process was handled unprofessionally from the start. The company ordered the wrong size doors (three 8’x10’) without ever coming out to measure, relying only on a former contractor’s “guesstimate.” After new measurements, they ordered the correct sizes (two 9’x7’, one 10’x7’). Two months later, the doors were installed — and that’s when I noticed a major problem: the three doors didn’t match. Two were eight-panel, and one was twelve-panel. These are multi-paneled, architectural glass doors — a visual mismatch is completely unacceptable. What’s worse, I was invoiced for the larger, original doors, not the smaller ones I received. When I asked about this, I was told tariffs had increased during the reordering period. That issue should not fall on the customer, especially when the initial mistake stemmed from their lack of proper measurement. My issue is not with the product itself — the doors are beautiful , and the install team was great— but with the lack of communication and accountability. At no point was I informed that the door panel configuration would not match, which would have absolutely affected my decision to move forward. A reputable company should have the professionalism to communicate such a critical detail and take responsibility when they fail to do so. Bob’s Garage Doors did neither. Recommendation to others: Ask questions! When ordering custom garage doors, always request a visual mock-up of the final design, confirm all measurements have been double-checked, and sign off on the order before it’s placed. This ensures you fully understand what you’re getting and avoids surprises like mine. And, by all means, do not pay the invoice until you are completely satisfied. This was one area I should have procrastinated. Beautiful doors — but an incredibly disappointing experience.
