During the haboob, the wind storm that hit the Palouse in late September, a pine tree hit my house and unfortunately I needed a new roof. Because I had heard great things about Jakob who owns Better Built LLC I contacted him and was surprised with his quick response. He immediately drew up an estimate and I submitted it to my insurance. Unfortunately, due to some bad weather his very professional crew worked diligently around rain and snow. But the job got done and the roof looks fantastic. I was impressed with Better Built’s professionalism and care, I would definitely hire him again and have already recommended him to friends!!!

First, Jacob, the business owner, assessed our roof the same day we called and did a free repair to last till roofing season. He met with us to explain the plan and answer questions, and the quote was considerably less than other roofers. They scheduled us promptly and finished the full roof replacement in just a few days. The crew was professional, experienced, safe and polite, cleaned up quickly and communicated frequently. Jacob oversaw the work and also did some himself. He even went out of his way and took an extra trip to get the shingle color we wanted. They also made extra repairs as needed at no cost. The final price was exactly as quoted, and we received a warranty, city forms, receipt and guarantee of the work. The personal service, quality, and materials can’t be beat. Better Built is truly better! You will get a beautiful new roof that will last decades and a feeling of caring community, accountability and personal service with this company. 5 stars!!
