Better Built LLC

During the haboob, the wind storm that hit the Palouse in late September, a pine tree hit my house and unfortunately I needed a new roof. Because I had heard great things about Jakob who owns Better Built LLC I contacted him and was surprised with his quick response. He immediately drew up an estimate and I submitted it to my insurance. Unfortunately, due to some bad weather his very professional crew worked diligently around rain and snow. But the job got done and the roof looks fantastic. I was impressed with Better Built’s professionalism and care, I would definitely hire him again and have already recommended him to friends!!!

So glad we went with Better Built for our roof replacement! A class act from start to finish. First, Jacob, the business owner, assessed our roof the same day we called and did a free repair to last till roofing season. He met with us to explain the plan and answer questions, and the quote was considerably less than other roofers. They scheduled us promptly and finished the full roof replacement in just a few days. We had our roof, several windows and two doors replaced. Timely work done well. Jacob and his crew were professional in all aspects. Communicates everything he does and discusses the plan efficiently and completely. I plan to be a customer for life.
