Called Saturday late afternoon to have water heater checked. Eric was great and got Taylor to come by around 5pm. He tried fixing but it ended up needing to be replaced. He worked till 10pm getting it from Pullman and installing it in Moscow so I could have hot water again. Great team of guys would definitely use this local company again for my plumbing needs! Thanks guys!

We had a broken pipe under the house that was losing a lot of water quickly. Call Direct Plumbing Solutions and even though they were all booked up, which is what other plumbers told us, they shuffled their schedule and sent someone out right away. After finding out what the problem was, we decided to just replumb the entire house. We are very happy with the services we received and the end results. Taylor Shell was the plumber running our job and we were very impressed by his work. Communication, punctuality, and work ethics are definitely Taylor’s strengths.
