Bob's automotive is a unicorn in Franklin Tennessee. And honest auto mechanic shop. My suburban was running extremely rough, and I would have accepted any explanation including needing a new engine, if it came to that. 15 minutes after I showed up Mickey diagnosed that my vacuum hose had just come loose under the hood where it was not obvious for me to see it. $45 later my car was running like a champ and I was out of there.

What you did for us today was quality customer service of the highest order... My mother always says that it's important to 'give flowers to the living'-express your appreciation while that person can receive your praise.
