Jeremy was incredible. He talked through all details of his inspection and answered any questions we had. The first time he came to our home we didn't actually need a clean, so he inspected it and didn't charge us anything. I would recommend Blue Waters to anyone!
Jeremy did a great job on our fireplace. It’s working better than ever and we’re enjoying fires almost every night. Highly recommend contacting Blue waters chimney for any work you need done
Not a big google reviewer, but other people should know about bad business practices. Review is for customer service only, I cannot attest to the quality of chimney work.
0/5 for the worst customer service I've so far experienced in the Upper Valley. Someone from Blue Water came to my house to give an estimate for two chimney caps back in late August 2023 and sent an email with the estimate info. I responded to Jeremy's email saying we wanted to go ahead with the cap installation, and he replied saying that the caps were on backorder so it may be a few weeks. No problem, I can be flexible especially during what I'm sure is a busy time of year for chimney work. No email for a month so I sent another email mid to end of October, never got a reply. Called twice over 2-3 weeks and left two polite messages. Got a call back several weeks later sometime in November saying again that chimney caps had been backordered but they had just submitted a new order and would call back within a week or two to schedule installation. No one ever called back. I called them again at the end of December and left a message, again no one has ever replied.
Going with a different company now. It's nice to patronize small businesses, but holy cow this was such a frustrating experience. I spent 5 months trying to get a simple chimney cap installation scheduled, and was repeatedly ignored AFTER THEY CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE. Family/personal/other emergencies are understandable (if that's what happened, I have no idea) but if that's the case, be open about it. Based on recent reviews it looks like they've still been doing work in the past 5 months so I have no idea why I was treated this way.
