Appliance delivered on time to the minute! James was professional and friendly and my old dryer was removed and new one installed in 30 minutes. You don't get that kind of service from the box stores. Highly recommend Cabinet en-Counter and their delivery people!
James assisted me in choosing a stackable washer/dryer that could be delivered and installed in short order. His email communication and management of payments were very efficient. On the day of installation, James and Francis communicated clearly about their arrival time, removed the old unit, assembled the new unit, exhibited extraordinary patience while fitting the new unit into a challenging space, performed a test run of both washer and dryer, packed up the shipping materials and left my home neat and clean. Throughout, James and Francis had a confident, easy manner and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skill.
Zack was excellent in helping us choose our appliances. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer our many questions. Wouldn’t have thought to buy appliances at a “cabinet” store, but we are happy we did. Would highly recommend you shop with Zack before placing an order somewhere else.
