What amazing service and beautiful selection! We can’t say enough about Andrew - certainly couldn’t have done it without him. Andrew went above and beyond to help us create our vision! So many decisions between the stove, pad, mantel and wall design. He cares so much and is SO patient, knowledgeable and helpful.
I spoke with Andrew today and he was amazing. What initially prompted my call to Fire N' Stone was their detailed website. Though I live out of the area I called to inquire about the chimney repairs they do and what recommendations they might have in my area. Andrew helped me understand what they do, the products they use and the reasons. Andrew was very easy to talk to and also referred me to some contacts in my location. He went out of his way just to help me out which I greatly appreciate. If I lived in the Fire N' Stone area I would definitely hire them.
Very happy with my new electric fireplace insert. Joe and Mason were wonderful. They were both professional and respectful. Made me feel comfortable with the remote and instructions. Love my new fireplace!
Kevin and his colleague did a great job installing the new chimney cap and he answered all my questions. He had also done stonework on the hearth and foundation of the house and it was outstanding.
Kevin and his crew came on time and completed the quoted work. Before leaving they thoroughly cleaned everything then explained what they did and how to keep the warranty in place. I'm extremely satisfied with the care for my property and the end result, Thank You !
