Upper Valley Stove Company

The Harmon pellet stove that I purchased approximately four years ago from upper Valley stove has been outstanding however, recently I found a crack in the heat exchanger, when I was doing my routine cleaning. I went in on Saturday to see Shawn, and we tried to figure out a way to get me by until Monday. I hadn’t left the shop 10 minutes and Shawn called me and he said he’d come out after they close at 1 o’clock. Shawn did not have to do this, but he Replace my stove with another one they had on the showroom floor that I purchased.I cannot express and have enough words to thank Sean and Nikki and his team for helping me out of this jam. I will continue to support Upper Valley stove not only are they knowledgeable and courteous & I wish we had more businesses like Upper Valley stove ,they are one of a kind!!! Shawn after all these years has never seen this happen to a Harmon stove he could’ve sent me on my way, but he took the time to help me . 👍👍👍👍 PS my replacement Harmon is running awesome!! I truly can’t thank upper valley stove company enough! A few days ago my wife and I were looking for a new pellet stove. We were told by many to just buy from tractor supply, but we decided to swing in to uvsc and check them out. The lady we spoke to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The amount I learned from her in such a short time is amazing. I could’ve saved a few penny’s buying from tractor supply but buying from these fine folks was worth every penny.
