Bluefox did a new HVAC unit replacement. Arlee and Dave and team did an excellent job with the installation. They made sure all of my concerns on how we wanted it were addressed and also walked me through the details. They even fixed the issues we were have because of the old installation that came with the original construction of the house. They worked through the coldest days and snowstorm to get our heating back up. Broc our sale rep was excellent he made sure communication was prompt and even responded over the weekend. It’s only been a few days so I can’t comment on how durable things will be, but as of now we are extremely satisfied customers. And certainly feel confident in recommending this team to anyone.

My furnace stopped working and i had 3 techs from 3 different companies come diagnose it. The Blue Fox tech was the most knowledgeable and even got it running again, but a cracked manifold made it unsafe to operate. They quickly got me quotes for 4 levels of furnaces and installed it the next day. They even matched the labor warranty of a competitor. Not happy to have to spend the money on a new furnace, but Blue Fox did a great job from the tech, to the office, to the installer.

My 92 year old mothers older oil HVAC unit just went out in this dangerous cold, and while the BlueFoxx team put together an estimate to be approved and get the parts ordered, a team of technicians brought out 3 additional space heaters to make sure my mother was warm until they could get things fixed! AND while coordinating all this remotely to help my mother, I got the kindest, clearest, most reassuring status updates from Joran in customer service on the status of everything's progress, what tremendous people! Oh and I forgot to mention, the initial service tech on-site offered to bring in more firewood for the fire, does it get any better than that? These guys are amazing...

We always have a good experience with Blue Fox! We recently had our normal maintenance visit where two issues were diagnosed. After a call to better understand the impact of these issues, we were able to quickly schedule a visit that was convenient for us. At that visit, the issues were revisited with Ryan more closely inspecting one of the parts and determining it didn't need to be replaced at this time. They keep our 24 year old furnace running smoothly!
