Klooz did the plumbing for my new home. Both showers leaked from the start. 1 shower was fixed after the first visit, but the other shower took 3 visits before it was repaired. Now, after 4 months the toilet is leaking, 1 visit so far and still leaking. They are usually quick to respond, which is nice. But it is very inconvenient for them to have to come multiple times to get something fixed correctly. Home is still under warranty, so I cannot comment on their prices.

Had a mixed experience with Klooz. They did the plumbing for our new home. The kitchen sink was plumbed incorrectly, leaked and ended up damaging the cabinet. The technician they sent to repair that was great and fixed it properly. We had them come back out to deal with an issue with the hot water heater. These guys did a horrible job, left the job with the hot water heater off and also left the water softener off which we were unaware of until our water turned brown and smelled bad. We went an entire month with rusty water until we discovered the issue.
