Mr and Mrs Tire

I went to this West Lafayette location today. The wind chill was -5 degrees. I live 22 minutes from this location and realized one tire was very low. I walked in and the guy at the front was willing to help me until I asked if someone could check the PSI in my tire. His response was “not today”. I guess he’d rather I get a flat on the way home and be stranded in these temps, than taking the 2 or 3 minutes to check my tire. I will never do business here. Clearly he did not care about his customer.

We brought our Toyota Camry in on Tuesday because we had hit a deer. Within a few hours of it being dropped off, they called us with what needed fixed and a price estimate on repairs. We went ahead with the repairs and we got the car back the following day around the same time. 24 hour turn around is incredible for car repairs! We ended up needing a new windshield wiper fluid tank and the radiator had cracked and needed repaired. All in all it came in slightly lower than the quote and everyone was friendly. We are grateful for their expertise and our now peace of mind with the car! Thanks so much and we are now a client for life!
