They had my watch for nine months to provide me with a longer band. They are incredibly kind in person. They are horrible at proactive communication. Had to stop in multiple times to ask on progress and was told they are close to getting something. Finally called the bluff and picked up my watch. Was told they couldn’t find a band at 24mm and length of long. Took it home and found multiple bands in 30 seconds by doing a google search. Would have paid good money for a 16 dollar band and given this store.a good review. Shame that they lost the opportunity to gain a returning client. Best of luck staying in business
