Ryan was absolutely awesome to work with and had our softener installed in less than a week after we he came out to the house to explain everything. The day of install he showed up right on time and I was so impressed with the install. You cannot beat their prices and customer service anywhere in Sarpy County. Anytime we had a question we could call him right away and he answered. You don’t get that anymore and you can take him at his word. Most honest and trustworthy company we’ve worked with in a long time. If you want to get a water softer installer or a whole home filtration systems, stop looking, Ryan and the Omaha H2O Team is who you need to go with!

Working with Ryan was some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I was expecting a much more drawn out process but he made it so easy! He was able to come out the same day, about a 30 minute consultation and was back in less than a week for install. Very communicative, kept us in the loop each step of the way and checked in after install to make sure everything was working as expected.
