Mr. Sandless of SE Nebraska

I wanted to surprise my parents and have their floor redone before they moved to Omaha. Little did I know some places did take 4 to 5 days to To Stainthe floors, and of course I do not have that much time. Adam and his crew came and did my parents floor in one days time and it looks awesome. I was totally impressed With the floor. And how there wasn’t any dust or strong sent of cleaner from the Stain. They also let me know if I had any problems later to contact them. I would recommend them!!!! thank you again guys!

We moved into a house with original 1957 hardwood floors throughout the entire first level. The floors were not in great shape and I really wanted to get them redone, but I was worried about the cost and also our quick timeline before the movers were bringing all of our furniture. My father-in-law had heard of Mr. Sandless in St. Louis and recommended I see if they had a location in Omaha. I found out there was a Mr. Sandless in Omaha and within a few hours of calling and sending pictures/videos of the floor to them, I had a quote and was able to schedule with them a date. They were able to come within 3 days of my initial phone call and did the job in less than 8 hours. They were kind, professional, and quick to respond. Our floors look 1000x times better than they did, we are so glad we made the decision to get it done! It cost less than getting them sanded and took half the amount of time. Highly recommend this company!

Our old wooden floors (from 1938) were in ROUGH shape on account of our nasty dog named Millie (see "Before" pics), so we were thrilled to have Adam and Zach refinish them. Despite large patches of grey and damaged wood, they were able to get the rotted bits out, match the color, and make the floors glossy-new while retaining their vintage character. The work was high-quality and efficient, the people were friendly and transparent and responsive, and our floors look splendid (see "After" pics). Also, there wasn't sawdust everywhere. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
